Fourfold

Privacy policy

Fourfold is a private social-media management application operated for one authorized owner and four separate brands. This policy explains its handling of connected social account data, including data received through Google and the YouTube Data API. This public information site does not ask for a sign-in and does not itself collect account credentials.

Data Fourfold accesses

With the owner’s Google consent, Fourfold receives a YouTube authorization token and channel identity. Depending on the granted permissions and the action requested, it can read channel or video information and metrics, read comments on connected channel videos, upload videos, reply to comments, and delete a video the owner has directed it to remove. It stores the channel ID, account mapping, granted scopes, token-expiry information, content, publication receipts, metrics and relevant interaction context needed to operate the workspace.

How the data is used

Fourfold uses Google and YouTube data only to operate the owner’s connected YouTube workflow: verify the channel, prepare and publish content permitted by the owner’s settings, monitor results and owned conversations, manage authorized replies or removals, and show the owner an audit trail. It does not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or train a general AI model on it. Fourfold does not transfer Google user data to data brokers.

Storage and sharing

Fourfold stores workspace records in an owner-controlled database. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Its operational interface requires owner authentication. Data is shared with Google only to make the YouTube API requests that support the features above. Media selected for publishing can be delivered through the configured media-storage provider so that YouTube can retrieve it. Optional AI drafting is off unless the owner configures and enables an AI provider; relevant drafting context may then be sent to that chosen provider to provide the requested drafting feature. Fourfold does not operate this public site with advertising trackers.

Retention and control

The owner can pause publishing, disconnect a social account, export workspace data, and request deletion of the workspace and stored local media through the application. Disconnecting removes Fourfold’s stored credential and invalidates pending work for that account; it does not itself revoke Google’s provider-side grant. Deleting the workspace removes its stored records and media, but does not remove content already published on YouTube or revoke provider-side authorizations. The owner can revoke Google access in Google Account settings and delete published content through YouTube or supported Fourfold controls. Short-lived monitored interaction context is pruned under the workspace’s brand retention setting; publication history and other records remain until the workspace is deleted.
